Featured Project Maresma Residence South Miami
Located in South Miami, this 3,000 square foot home is the product of A Galvez Construction + Consulting working closely with the owner in a design-build method of project delivery. The addition of 1,800 square feet was an enlargement of the family room and kitchen along with the creation of a new master suite including a master bathroom. In addition we created a modern style back terrace leading to a pool with a gazebo that includes gas barbeque, pizza oven, and three 50 inch TVs. The terrace provides an outdoor entertainment area for family and guests. The grand entrance of the home aslo incorporates a unique floor including travertine and wood border inserts.
