2200 Segovia Circle Coral Gables

A full house restoration was done for this project with the installation of new marble flooring, full raised ceilings, decorative door styles with a wooden barnyard look, wood flooring all along the second floor, new garage doors, and a custom creation of a new kitchen and bar. We also had to create a new structural sub-flooring as a complete restoration of the existing foundation. Along with a brand new guest house built in the back.
