The owners wanted a San Francisco style coffee roasting shop, which is why the San Franciscan Roaster was installed and is the only one of its type in Miami. The entire interior was done by in-house carpenters through the couch, decorative hand painted metal walls, polished concrete, and stainless steel counter tops. Custom Ceiling designs were created for the look they wanted as well as a very intricate exhaust system to support their coffee roast, because the owner wanted to make sure customers could smell the coffee aroma coming out of the shop.
