This is a 4,600 square foot build-out transpired in The Building located at 2990 Ponce de Leon BLVD, Suite 400. The modern and open floor design was supplemented by glazed curtain walls and exposed ceilings where metal duct work is prevalent. It features a comfortable break-room/kitchen quarters, complete with a dedicated water line for the coffee maker, created to maximize employee output. The glass ellipse was encapsulated in glazed curtain walls and glass doors for a modern design. Polished concrete floors in the common areas and carpeting in the office finished the accepts of design to complete the home away from home for TMP.
